The institute provides treatment, counseling, yoga, and other facilities to people free of intoxication for drug users. Programs related to the education and health of women and children, free handcraft training to women to become self-reliant. The main objective of the Scheme is to improve the quality of life of the Senior Citizens by providing basic amenities like shelter, food, medical care and entertainment opportunities and by encouraging productive and active ageing through providing support for capacity building of State/ UT Governments/Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)/Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) / local bodies and the community at large.

Health

While the health statistics of rural India continue to be poor, the health status and access to health for the poor in urban slum dwellers has surfaced to be equally deplorable and have less than 4% of government primary healthcare facilities.Mission Education, a national level programme of Umakant Services Foundation.

Livelihood

The number of underprivileged youth in India who lacks education and proper guidance is so huge that according to the reports of the Financial Express only 15% of the young graduates passing out of colleges are employable Umakant Services Foundation, focuses on providing basic education to underprivileged children.
